My journey began in late 2018 with $40k and a burning desire to invest in real estate. Fast forward five years, and I proudly stand as the owner of over 25 rental properties, with a cherished home in Toronto. Along the way, I've weathered both successes and setbacks, learning invaluable lessons from the school of hard knocks. Yet, by embracing strategies like BRRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) and leveraging creative financing solutions, I managed to propel my portfolio to new heights.
